One thing I know for sure is that every criminal talks. This killer has bragged to someone that he has gotten away with murder. Maybe it was someone he is in jail with, or one of his buddies? Maybe he told someone who told somebody else? Maybe someone heard or saw something that seems suspicious. Whatever the case, no matter how small it may seem, we need to hear from you. It's Time To Stand Up And Be Heard
I was watching the news a few months ago and they ran a story of a man who was arrested for murder four years after a young woman disappeared. The story talked about how the persistence of the woman's mother led to the arrest of her daughter's killer.
Last week a small child's body was found. A stranger created a Facebook page to bring attention to the story in hopes of identying the child. I knew then it was time for me to stand up and do something to bring my nephew's killer to justice.
I know this story may seem far-fetched to some, but I assure you, it is not. I am not one to believe in conspiracy theories, and I do not think that is the case here. I do believe there are a few bad cops preventing justice from being served. Informing for the police should not give one a free pass to murder.

Summary - Why I Think Terrence Jackson is the Killer
Fact:
Emergency Room log said “girlfriend said ““a friend”” stabbed him.” Jameyea or Adam did not know Chris Lyson. Terrence Jackson was Jameyea’s friend and Adam’s acquaintance. She said this BEFORE she ever talked to police. The stabbing had just happened. She was probably in shock. There was no reason for Jameyea to lie at this point.
Fact:
ER nurses testified at trial that Adam told them Terrence Jackson stabbed him before he died. These nurses are disinterested 3rd parties with absolutely no reason to lie.
Fact:
The day after the murder Jameyea got a phone call from her cousin saying that Terrence Jackson was driving by her house. She was so scared she asked for a police escort to take her home to get clothes so she could stay elsewhere. She stayed at my brother’s house for 3 days. If she had seen Lyson stab Adam (as she testified at trial) and Jackson was her friend, why would she be so afraid of him?
From Lyson’s mother:
Jackson got a phone call from his brother Dorrell saying that the cops were just at his house looking for him. He told Jackson, “whatever you've got going on to get out of there.” The police knew of the dying delcaration. Midland police were looking for Terrence Jackson, not Lyson.
From Lyson’s mother:
When the cops got to the apartment in Midland they were looking for Terrence Jackson. They said "Terrence Jackson, come out with your hands up." Lyson and Fontenot walked out peacefully. Jackson hid and had to be hogtied by police. If he were innocent, why not walk out peacefully like the others.
Fact:
The apartment where they were apprehended was full of drugs. The police did not confiscate drugs. There was also a knife on the coffee table and a knife in Fontenot's car where Jackson was sitting. These knives were not tested. Galivan showed these photos at trial.
Fact:
Jackson was wearing a bloody shirt when he was apprehended. We were told for months by Detective Barbosa that they were waiting on DNA evidence from this shirt. We were NOT told it was worn by Terrence Jackson. Galivan showed photos of Jackson in the shirt at trial and said it was never tested. Jackson was the only one that had blood on him.
From Lyson’s mother:
Detectives came to Sarah Fontenot and told her they knew Terrence Jackson stabbed Adam and Terrence was going to jail for murder. But if you know of anyone otherwise, let us know. Sarah said "Oh it was Chris" to get themselves out of trouble. The conversation with Sarah Fontenot & Detective Stanford are part of Lyson’s discovery where she coached Sarah Fontenot into saying that Chris Lyson did it.
From Lyson’s mother:
Terrence Jackson was a police informant. He set up his own mother. She was with a bunch of people that he got busted. Jackson and Lyson were roommates. At one point (I assume before he was arrested for murder) the police asked Lyson to do the same thing. He did it a couple of times and his probation officer told him not to do it. If Jackson was arrested for murder the drug cases would have been jeopardized.
Fact:
I had emailed Justin Cunningham saying if Lyson was the killer and Jackson and Fontenot were telling the truth, they should be able to tell him where the murder weapon is. They were apprehended within hours of the murder and never left each other. Justin called me before the trial and told me they had evidence to show there was a period of time when they were not together. This is not the truth. They left the crime scene, went to Money Joe Brown’s apartment, then to their apartment in Midland where they were apprehended. They were always together.
Fact:
According to Justin Cunningham, Jackson, Fontenot, and Jameyea were unreliable witnesses. According to Dusty Gallivan, all their stories changed.
There is not one shred of physical evidence that Christopher Lyson killed Adam. There IS physical evidence that Terrence Jackson did.

If Terrance doesn't pay in this lifetime, he will in the next.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone who reads this blog knows of a higher authority (besides God) in our judicial system, can they please let Adam's family know who to contact to get help in putting pressure on Bobby Bland, Ector County DA as HE is the one who refuses to prosecute Terrence Jackson. Surely, there has to be some recourse.

Thank you Mrs.Charbonneau,for helping us.Today{Mothers day}finds me reflecting on Adams love for his mother, with the blatant disregard for justice exihbited in Adam's demise, from the Odessa Police Department's detectives to the offices of D.A.Bobby Bland's office's.The lies,coverup, two inexperianced ADA'S on murder case/ two drug prosecuters my family was given.One piece of inconsequential forensics sent to Lubbock,Texas.Adams mother and aunt excluded from the trial procedding's,I could go on and on! This day find's me looking at my Pretty our unspoken words filling our hearts with sorrow,our forced "smiles" and why not it is Mothers Day,my Pretty's sidekick is gone.She whiles away her days and nights filled with contempt for the justice left undone,you see in twennty days comes the date of Adams murder{may29,2008}.Thank God!, My Prettys grandaughter,daughter,and mother,will be here,for the "occasion". The only true happiness I know Karen has is when she talks's to, or see's,Jill,Alysa,Viola,Terri,and Mark and Sherri,Ben and Holli ,Sara, Hanna and Nicole. ReplyDeleteThis is terrible. I don't understand how this can happen in America. An informant might get a break on petty charges, but murder?
ReplyDeleteI received a jury summons,for May 11,2010. @the oa blog I personnaly trashed and will continue to trash D.A.Bland. I went evan further and invited a couple of hatefull posters,as to where I would be at nine a.m.,May 11 2010.My assumpations as to the posters,being from ,or associated with D.A.BLANDS office.Were bourne true in my opinion,because as I left the elavator to my left was Bland and JOE Commander.I walked next to them,Bland with his back to me,joe looking directly at me ,pulled my jury summons, cleared my throat turned and walked the halls of justice to the jury room.Nothing eventfull in there other than the county tax assers office head ,as she walked past was humming a few bars.dum dadaum dum ,dum dadaum dum dummmmm ,ironic as it may be .That song was from Dragnet,the tv show with sargent joe friday.I said hello to deputy steve ,former highschool buddy,as he peered into the jury room. At the closing of jury duty,D.A.BLAND ALSO,peered in as I was laughing with a former coworker.As I left the jury room walking past D.A.BLAND .He exclaimed Mr Medrano ,I turned and said yes sir as I aproached rather blandly to his side, shook hands with D.A.Bland.Told me there were rumors of my famillys posting about his office,I assured him they were not rumors.He said if we had questions as to Adams case call him,I interrupted and told him we had a web site,to which he quikly dismissed with pursed lips and hand jesture.He reiterated, if we had a question call his office, I dismisively with my hand jesture told him he could speak to my wife about that.Knowing "hearing"the hushed tone in the crowd,police presence I shook hands with D.A. Bland,and removed myself from his presence .If you have ever dealt with the D.A.s office,in my case, the deceit,heavy handedness ,arrogance his office displays. You would know why I TURNED AND SAID HELLO TO JOE COMMANDER.As,I tryed getting on the elavator and decided against it . I walked to the stairs ,two police officers exited the other elavator on the third floor.Followed me down the stairs, and passed me when I paused to look at some of the posters,of our afforded justice in Ector county. Sorry for the narrative,but what I am trying to say is these guys are worried .Bobby Bland D.A. had to recuse himself,from a well known rumor,friday night lights "hero" Lawyer Brian Chavez suposed dealings in narcotics/breaking and entering a famillys home .......Birds of a feather flock together...... sorry but bland recused himself ,just as he turned my stepsons Murder case over to TWO inexperianced drug prosecuters!!!!!!!!!!!!KNOWN INFORMENT TERRANCE JACKSON/TWO DRUG PROSECUTERS/D.A.s BLAND RECUSEMENT........FOLLOW........BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER...THERE IS MORE TO THIS.....AND MY FAMILLYS JUSTICE LIES IN THIER HANDS?
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe the way the detectives conducted their investigation into someones killer... It is really sad that the city of Odessa is more interested in having drug informants setting people up then getting murders off the street and helping victims family's get closure.... RIP RYAN ADAM MOON YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART :(
